A Message from a “Child of the 70s”

Relationships First, Business Second. I am a child of the 1970s. For me, a lasting partnership stands on two pillars: Good Chemistry and Good Business. I want to be transparent about who I am. Consider this a “gut feeling” check. If you read this and feel a connection, send me a message—we can talk deeply. If not, no hard feelings. We can stop right here, and I have saved us both some valuable time.

My Roots I spent 5 years in Germany (1989-1994) for university, worked in the US for 2 years (1994-1996), and have spent the rest of my life moving between Vietnam, Bali, and Europe. My circle of friends is a mix of Europeans and locals. I bridge worlds.

“This AND That” – My Life Formula In Europe, people often separate Work and Life completely to be efficient. I respect that, but I don’t live by it. Why choose “This OR That” when I can have “This AND That”? From the day I returned to Vietnam, I chose a vibrant mix: Family, Income, Passion, Sports, and Health. I blend them all together. You might ask: “How can you be efficient if everything is mixed?” You are right—for some, this is chaos. But for me, it is a formula that works. It is how I stay energized.

“Correct” is better than “Fancy” Let’s be honest: I don’t provide “Luxury” design services. That is not my strength. My superpower is Execution. I am good at handling large volumes of work, delivering them on time, with the correct quality, at the best price. It’s the same with my hobbies. I’ve never won a gold medal in sports, but I play decently, and more importantly—I play every single day. Consistency is my metric.

The Bali Balance Balance is why I love Bali. Happiness isn’t a solo act. True happiness is interwoven with everything around you: your family, your work, the trees in your garden, and the pets in your house. When my surroundings are happy, I am happy.

Trust Takes Time I get nervous with “quick money.” I would rather spend months struggling through problems with a tough client to truly understand them—and build a 10-year partnership—than sign a fast, easy contract that ends tomorrow.

Tech is Great, Humans are Better AI and Technology are crucial parts of my formula, but they are not Number 1. My biggest asset is People. Finding the right humans and putting them in the right place is where I spend most of my effort.

Vitamin Sea Work brings stress. The ocean is my medicine. Simple as that.

Why am I still here? Younger CEOs might read this and ask: “Why are you still working? Why not just retire, go fishing, and relax?” Maybe one day, when you reach my age, you will understand. My generation entered the world simply—no computers, no internet. So, I hold onto simple values. I feel truly alive when I am useful. When I can still create value for society, for my team, and for you.

I hope I am not the only one who thinks this way in this chaotic world. If you share these thoughts, I am waiting for you.
